Biography

For more than 40 years, Dick has been guiding and educating plan sponsors on the design, installation and ongoing asset management of their 401(k), defined benefit and 457 plans. Advising corporations, trusts and foundations throughout the East Coast, Dick employs an extensive list of rigorous standards and practices as established by the Foundation for Fiduciary Studies. Acting as co-fiduciary to plans he advises, Dick’s expertise provides unmatched value to public and private companies of all sizes and types.

An Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), Dick serves as President and Partner at Ohanesian / Lecours in West Hartford, CT. Prior to joining O/L, he worked at major Wall Street firms including Paine Webber and E.F. Hutton. Actively involved in his community, Dick has served on his local Board of Finance for the past 20 years, including a 15 year tenure as Chairman. He received an AB from Kenyon College.
